Scott, you have not been banned from posting comments. Your previous comments were requests for support from sales management, and following your initial posting of those comments, the regional sales manager in Houston sent you a response and gave you his direct number to discuss your particular problem. This response may not have been what you wanted to hear, but it was a thorough explanation of the situation.
The Planet’s blog is not intended to be a medium for support. A much more effective way to seek a resolution would be to follow up with Josh via ticket or phone call.
