Is there any way to find this kind of company who indulge in same business. I think "<a href="http://www.resellerclub.com" rel="nofollow">Domain Reseller & Web Hosting Company</a>" from where i buy domains is also generating some revenue from <strong>Domain Tasting</strong>

One thing that you did not mention is that some unscrupulous people will use these expired domain names to setup email addresses to conduct fraud on the Internet. Be weary of illegitimate domain names disguised as legitimate domain names. We can use the reply link in our email software to check the legitimacy of domain names and insure that they belong to sites we do business with.

Hi, scofield. Yes, you are exactly right.

Vetwebhosting - Jason (Hey, I know you!), I see your point on both items, but on suggestion number two, my understanding is that some domain tasters are ICANN accredited, or have purchased existing accredited registrars, further complicating the matter. The policy would have to be changed before limiting access to tasters because their practices are within acceptable parameters of the AGP, so they haven't technically done anything wrong ... yet. :)

This ev1server.net, tucows registery, and the domian services from ev1, notw theplanet.com is for the birds.

thepalnet.com people have things so mixed up that we spent 5 hours on the phone and chat line today, and we still can not get in to get the dns info changed.

tucows says go to ev1, there is no ev1, theplanet tech support says go to our domain, theplanet domain says go do it yourself, we don't and won't help you.

so just let somebody at theplanet.com know that their support stinks...

I would suggest 2 things,

1) Decrease the amount of days from 5 to 2-3 days thus decreasing their ability to determine which domain will be better than another.

2) Refuse to register domain to known offenders.

Good info!!

Is this something similar to what the call Abuse Grace Period?

I heared it's a period of 5 days after you have registered a domain name in which you can cancel the domain name if you dont like and get a refund too. Is that correct?
